Delegate Griffith moves to amend Com Sub for Com Sub for SB492 on page 6, Section 4, line 40, by striking out the number $150,000 and inserting in lieu thereof, “$1,000 an acre and no more than $5,000 an acre with a minimum bond of $10,000”.
